Hi families! My name is Mrs. Aimee Scrivner and 2023-2024 will be my 17th year teaching. I have been teaching at AAA for over 10 years and have spent 8 of those years teaching 2nd grade. I'm excited to start this year teaching 1st grade! As a former Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 1st grade teacher, moving back to 1st grade really excites me. I can't wait to have fun learning with your students at our wonderful school. Plus, my two sons will be attending AAA this year and I am so happy to have them with me at our AAAmazing school!!!

Experience

My teaching career started in Kindergarten Literacy Intervention, then 3rd grade in the Albertville City School System. In 2010, I moved to Idaho where I taught 1st grade at Mt. View Elementary. My husband and I moved to Huntsville in 2012, where I taught Kindergarten at AAA for 2 years before moving to 2nd grade for 8 years. I'm thrilled to be moving back to 1st grade and excited to help build a positive experience for your child's first grade of school.
