Hello! This will be my third year teaching Collaborative Education at Blossomwood Elementary. I am very excited to work with your child(ren), and I look forward to a fun yet productive year. I am a firm believer in making learning fun and engaging for the students. Each child is a unique individual who needs a safe, caring, and stimulating environment to grow and mature intellectually, physically, and emotionally. I want to help children reach their full potential by providing an environment that is safe, inviting, and caring. My goals are to guide the students, allow the student's natural curiosity to direct their learning, and encourage them to respect everyone and everything surrounding them. I am a Huntsville native; however, I lived in Montgomery for 14 years before returning home in 2018. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my friends and family.

Experience

I spent a year and a half teaching 4th and 5th-grade self-contained with Montgomery Public Schools. During the 2018-2019 school year, I taught collaborative with 11th graders, and I taught self-contained with 9th and 10th graders with Huntsville City Schools. This will be my third year at Blossomwood Elementary, but I have been teaching for four and a half years in total.
