Chelsea Carter
Hello there! My name is Chelsea Carter and this is my third year at Blossomwood Elementary. I am so excited to be working with your fabulous children. I will be our special education collaborative teacher for upper grades! I was born in Huntsville, AL and raised in Oklahoma. I came to Harvest, AL during my middle school years and graduated from Sparkman High School. I have taught K-5 and really enjoy working with the upper grades!
My goal is for each student to know how gifted they are and the abilities they possess to accomplish greatness. Every student is capable of learning. We will use many encouraging sayings and words such as the “Power of YET!” My husband and I have been married for 10 years and have a beautiful 4 1/2 year old girl named Abigail (she is beginning Pre-K here at BES this year!) and a 4 month old little girl named Raegan. I enjoy musicals, reading, crocheting, and being outdoors. I am so excited to continue my journey here at Blossomwood.
