I am excited about being the school counselor. I am looking forward to a wonderful year. I have been a counselor in Huntsville City Schools since 1986, I really enjoy being a school counselor. My career as an educator started many years ago, and in my career I have been fortunate to have worked at Davis Hills Middle, Academy for Academics and Arts, Chaffee and Farley. As a counselor, I believe in, building relationships with students of all backgrounds, having enthusiasm to help students, building self confidence in students, advocating for student success and collaborating with parents and other professionals.
