I enlisted in the Unites States Army in August 1981 and retired July 1998. I began my second career as a JROTC Instructor in 2006 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where I taught for three years in a girls academy. My family and I relocated to Huntsville where I taught JROTC at Athens High School and Sparkman High School before accepting the third instructor’s job in the Great Eagle Battalion. My hobbies are reading and singing. My passion is empowering, equipping, imparting and building up the next generation. I am enthusiastic about being part of an awesome school system and team!
