I am originally from Athens, Alabama. I went to Auburn University for my undergraduate and graduate degree in education. I loved Auburn so much, that I stayed and taught there for two years before moving back to the Huntsville area. I am a Transition Specialist, graduating in the inaugural class of the Auburn Transition Specialist program. I have over 10 years of teaching experience in Huntsville City Schools. I live here in Huntsville with my husband Lance, my daughter June, my dog, and four cats. I love the outdoors, gardening, and riding my motorcycle.
