I'm so excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year at Chapman Elementary. I have been teaching since 1999. I have taught in 3 states and overseas in the United Arab Emirates. While there I taught local children English, math, and science. I have always loved to travel. I have lived in 7 states and visited 22 countries. My family is very important to me. I have two sisters, one of whom is married with two daughters. My nieces are my pride and joy! I enjoy reading, quilting, and watching movies. I am currently working on my second master's degree in Library Media at the University of West Alabama, in hopes of becoming a Media Specialist in the near future.
