Hello, I am so excited to be here teaching in Huntsville! I moved here recently from Portland, Oregon and I have been really enjoying exploring my new home. I love going on nature walks/hikes and playing in the garden. I am a mixed media artist, but my favorite medias to work in are photography, fibers (weaving, sewing, embroidery etc), sculpture and printmaking. Creating art is such a source of joy in my life, and it fills me such a sense of purpose to be able to foster that same joy and comfort in my students. Nothing is more rewarding to me than to see a child delve into the world of art!
