Coach Neeley has been at Challenger Middle School since 2017. Mr. Neeley is a product of Challenger Middle and the Huntsville City School system. Mr. Neeley has been married since 2014. He has two children, Scarlett and Leighton. Coach Neeley is the 6th-8th grade Boys P.E. teacher. He is also the CMS Athletic Director.

He comes most recently from the Tuscaloosa area where he was an In-School Intervention Monitor in Tuscaloosa County and coached football and soccer. He then worked at an alternative school for Tuscaloosa City Schools for 2 1/2 years as a Social Studies Teacher before coming back to Challenger.
