I grew up in Marion, Illinois. I had a typical small town experience there, surrounded by family and life long friends. I married and moved to Huntsville in 1985 and have lived here ever since. I enjoy traveling, reading, movies, sports, singing, and spending time with friends and family. My husband and I have two children; Juliana, a graduate student at the University of Florida, and Jackson, a sophomore at Auburn.

B.A. from Murray State University, Murray, Kentucky with majors in Spanish and Secondary Education, and a minor in English.
