I was born and raised near The Great Smoky Mountains National Park in East Tennessee and have a deep love for anything Appalachian. I met my husband while working at EPCOT in Florida. We have been married 35 years and have 2 grown daughters.  I enjoy reading, plants, gardening, traveling, the outdoors, and music.

Special Education

I have been a teacher for over 20 years. During this time I have taught all CORE subjects (English, Math, Science, & Social Studies)  along with some other different electives. I have been a Special Education  teacher for over 10 years and have taught in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
