Amanda Dennis
I have been the Latin Magistra and Latin Club sponsor at Huntsville High School since 2000. As a proud graduate of HHS, I was thrilled to find my "teaching home" at my dear old Alma Mater. I owe my love of the ancient language and everything I know about being a good teacher to my college professor, Dr. Gerberding, who taught me to treat my students with kindness, respect and a healthy sense of humor.
I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my dogs and cats, painting and playing with my nieces and nephew.
Education
I graduated from UAH with a BA in Elementary Education. I also attended UA to complete a BA in Latin.
