Hello, Panthers! Welcome to your fabulous Freshman year! My name is Mrs. McNees and I am thrilled to be your English teacher this year. This is my third year at Huntsville High School. I look forward to learning and growing with you as readers, writers, speakers, and people.

When I am not at school doing what I love, I am spending time with my beautiful family. I like to cook, travel, read, and play games with my family. My favorite foods are Mexican and sushi. My most treasured vacation was Hawaii and I hope to go back some day.

I believe in the power of stories and look forward to helping you discover so many stories including your own!
