I was born in Florence, AL, and grew up in Meridian, MS. I have one child, Leah, who is married and living with her husband in Mississippi. I live alone with my two border collies, Daisey and Baby. My teaching assignments have been between Alabama and Mississippi. I have taught general music, choir, and band totaling over 44 years. I also have been known to teach private piano, voice, and various band instrument lessons! I belong to Woodland Hills Baptist Church where I sing in the choir and fill in on piano/organ as needed. I have been in Huntsville for 5 years and I love it!
