I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia. I have worked for Huntsville City Schools for 25 years. I look forward to helping students as an assistant principal at Mae C. Jemison High School!

Administration/Staf

I have been a member of the Huntsville City Schools family of educators for twenty-five years. My first real experience of teaching began at J.O. Johnson High School where I was an English teacher for several years, and then I transferred to Westlawn Middle School where I taught English, and soon after, I became a literacy coach at Westlawn. This position prepared me for the role of curriculum specialist at Westlawn Middle School and Davis Hills Middle Schools, respectively, before becoming a counselor with Huntsville City Schools. After several years of counseling, I am transferring to the role of assistant principal!
