Nicole Fields
I was born in Huntsville, Alabama. As the daughter of a businessman and an educator, I quickly learned the value of education and the importance of leadership. With seven siblings, I developed organizational skills, and helped to run the family household. I graduated with honors from J.O. Johnson High School, and then attended the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga as a Brock Scholar. After graduating with a degree in broadcast journalism, I worked for five years at Golden Key International Honor Society as a traveling regional marketing and training director. I relocated back to Huntsville to teach. Over the last 19 years, I have been an educator at several local schools and colleges including Davis Hills Middle School, Columbia High School, J.F. Drake Technical College and Alabama A & M University. Currently, I am the librarian for Lee/ New Century High Schools. I am married to educator Stanley Fields. We have two children, Natalie & Nicholas.
