My name is Richard Jernigan, and I am one of the Assistant Principals here at Lee High School. I am excited and honored to be a part of this group of dedicated educators. I have been in Education since 1999, and I attended Huntsville City Schools growing up. I believe education changes lives and that our dedication to teamwork and innovation create a solid foundation for success in life. I look forward to helping students achieve their greatest potential. My wife and I are both from Huntsville and have been involved with several local theater productions over the years. I am excited to be here at Lee High School.

My wonderful wife Andrea and I have been married since 2004 and we love to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends.
