Hi! My Name is Ms. Conde and I teach Kindergarten here at McDonnell Elementary. I live in Harvest with three children and my dog. My oldest is in college at Calhoun and my other two children are at Sparkman High. I love to garden and go on adventures. Growing up in Florida, I love to be at the beach as often as possible. I am a fluent Spanish speaker and I am a first generation American born of Cuban parents.

As a teacher, one of my favorite things to teach is reading. I love when a student feels confident that they have accomplished something that was previously out of reach. Those light bulb moments are the greatest accomplishment a teacher can have.

I have taught Pre-K and Kindergarten for 4 years. I have also taught English online to children in China for 4 years. The bulk of my career has been with High School Language Arts, where I taught for 8 years. I specialize in literacy.
