Jennifer Ledyard

This is my 14th year to be at McDonnell Elementary and I am still excited to welcome students into my classroom. I love my job as a teacher because I get to work with children. It is a wonderful feeling to help, motivate, and see children grow. My wish for each student is for them to be the best that they can be. In my classroom, I promote a safe, caring, and equitable place where each child can blossom and grow. I encourage my students to be readers and learners. My motto is “Knowledge is power.” The more that a person knows the better choices one can make. I am married to a wonderful man named Bob and we have two beautiful grown daughters Ann and Kate. In my spare time I enjoy being with family, traveling, and watching sports.
