I am originally from Buffalo, NY. After high school, I joined the United States Army and spent the next 25 years living and working all over the world. When I retired from the military, I knew that helping young people learn and grow would be my next adventure. I have been teaching for12 years in fourth and fifth grade. My wife and I have four adult children, and seven grand children. We both enjoy traveling, spending time with family and exploring Alabama with grandchildren each summer.
