Hi! I am Melissa Turner. I am so excited to be the Library Media Specialist at Mt. Gap Elementary. It is extra special to me because I also went to middle school here. I graduated from Grissom High School, University of North Alabama, and University of West Alabama. I have taught 1st and 2nd grades, been a Reading Coach, and a LMS.

I am married to my wonderful husband, Zack, and we have two boys. We have a Mini Aussie named Veto. We like to be outside and spend time with family and friends.
