My name is Willie Eddie Clay. I am the oldest of seven children born in the city of Huntsville, June 24, 1946. My hobbies are playing pool and singing. I was employed by Huntsville City Schools in January of 1969 as a Social Worker Aid then later moved into the classroom as a basic math teacher. I am the proud father of two wonderful children ages 41 and 34.

My elementary education began at Winston Street Elementary School in 1952 and later transferred to William Hooper Council High School where I graduated in 1966. I attended Alabama A & M University for three and a half years studying social work and elementary education.
