Hi, I am Mrs. Maria Bryant and I teach 1st grade at Monte Sano Elementary. I have taught 1st grade for 20 years and prior to that I taught fifth grade for two years. I love first grade because it is always full of fun and adventure. I spent 8 years in the U.S. Navy as a quartermaster who assisted in navigating a supply ship. I learn many lessons in the military while possessing a “can do” attitude. This is what I bring to my classroom every day.
