I am originally from Harvest, Alabama and a graduate from Athens State University. When not at school, I love spending time outdoors with my husband, step-daughter, & our two dogs. Kayaking, hiking, and fishing are a few of our favorites! We have several other pets as well, including a bird, fish and even rabbits!

I am very passionate about teaching history and try to make it as engaging as possible for my students. I love teaching at New Century and this will be my 8th year at the school!
