I have the honor of being a part of the fabulous 1st grade team. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 18 years. We have a 15-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter. Both children are involved in extra-curricular activities, so we are always on the go. Our family has a precious 2-year-old dog that completes our family. When I'm not busy with the family, I enjoy walking, hiking, watching movies, and traveling. I'm looking forward to another great year at Providence Elementary. Go Pirates!

This year marks my 20th year of teaching! Wow, how time flies! I spent one year teaching gifted and talented students, 13 years teaching second graders, and this year is my 6th year teaching first graders.
