Teaching is all I have ever wanted to do since I was in the 4th grade! Now I teach 4th grade as well as having taught kindergarten. This is my 20th plus year teaching and I am still as inspired as my first year. In 1996. I grew up in Huntsville, Alabama. I am married and have a daughter and two puppies. In my free time I enjoy scrapbooking, traveling, going to the movies, and shopping. One of my favorite quotes about teaching is “Apply your heart to instruction and your ear to words of knowledge.” I am looking forward to another exciting school year with the wonderful Providence Pirates!
