I am originally from Birmingham, AL but have actually lived in three other states. My family now lives in Madison and we love the whole North Alabama area. I have three children, one adult son who works here in Huntsville. I also have twins, a boy and girl who are in college. In my spare time, I continue to work on a She Shed in my backyard – it’s an ongoing project. This is where I escape to work on my hobbies, crafting, furniture restoration and anything else I see on Pinterest! I am thrilled to be teaching PreK at Rolling Hills Elementary and I am looking forward to another wonderful year.

Experience

This will be my 5th year teaching PreK at Rolling Hills Elementary, it definitely feels like home! I have also taught PreK in several different private preschools over the course of my career. Before coming to HCS, I was an instructional assistant for Madison city schools, working with special needs elementary children and also in their special needs PreK program.
