Hello! My name is Vanessa Hudson and I am a new third-grade teacher here at Rolling Hills Elementary School. I am a native of Los Angeles Ca., but I have been a Huntsville resident for the last 7 years. I have 6 years of experience as an educator and I love what I do; seeing my students learn and make new connections brings such a sense of accomplishment. I graduated in 2012 with my bachelor's in Elementary Education and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Collaborative Consultation. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, singing, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I am a loyal Laker fan but I do Roll with the Tide. I am looking forward to working with you all this year to reach our goals as we learn and grow! I firmly believe that “teamwork makes the dream work”, and I am committed to developing and growing our team so that we can ensure all students succeed. I look forward to meeting and working with you all this year!
