I am thrilled to be at Whitesburg Elementary again this school year! It is such an honor to have the opportunity to serve my students. Learning and growing with them throughout the year is one of my greatest joys. I am originally from Florence, AL and graduated with my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of North Alabama (Roar Lions!). This is my 11th year teaching in Huntsville City Schools. I have been married to Jay for 4 years. We enjoy traveling and spending time on the lake. In addition to teaching, I am a Varsity Cheerleading Coach. I have no doubt this school year is going to be amazing. Experiencing growth, challenges, joy, love, and learning in the classroom is such a blessing, and I am so thankful I get to be a part of it with my students.

I graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and 2023 with a Master's degree in Instructional Leadership. This is my 11th year teaching, and I have had the opportunity to teach 6th and 3rd grades.
