I am Kellie Shorter, the Reading Specialist for Whitesburg Elementary. My immediate family includes my husband, Kevin, and our two sons, Austin and Spencer. We have a magnitude of extended family which we enjoy spending time visiting and hosting get togethers. When my husband and I are not spending time with our immediate and extended family, we enjoy hiking, biking, and watching a good movie. My goal as the Reading Specialist for Whitesburg Elementary is to help every student become the very best reader they can be.
