Hello, Parents and Students!
I am excited to have your child in my 6th Grade Regular or Honors Math class here at Whitesburg Middle for the 2023-2024 school year. This will be my tenth year teaching, and my seventh year to teach at Whitesburg Middle School! I am also the WMS Cheer Coach and cannot wait for cheer season to start!

I grew up in a small town outside of Birmingham, AL named Pinson. Pinson is where I attended elementary and middle school. I went to high school at the Alabama School of Fine Arts, where I majored in Dance. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Elementary Education. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, going on walks, and spending time with my friends and family. Some of my favorite things are trivia, coffee, tacos, sparkling water, Disney World, Braves baseball, and broadway musicals. I absolutely love teaching and I am so thankful to be teaching at WMS. I can't wait for another great year at Whitesburg! GO LIONS!
