Nancy Junkins
Mrs. Junkins was born and raised in Cullman, Alabama. She has resided in Huntsville, AL during her entire career as an educator for HCS. She and her husband had twin daughters born in Aug 2017. They enjoy outdoor living and Alabama football. Her passion is STEM education, and she currently mentors several teams of students in various competitive STEM programs.

Mrs. Junkins has been an instructor for Huntsville City Schools since January 2007. She began her career teaching 7th and 8th grade Math. Currently, she is teaching Greenpower and Project Lead the Way at Whitesburg Middle School. She mentors the 7th and 8th grade Greenpower teams and coaches the VEX robotics team.
