Mrs. Noonan is originally from California's central valley. She is married and has two wonderful children, a boy and a girl, who were also born in California. Her family moved to Madison in the summer of 2017 and they love the area. She has a passion for teaching with a focus on special needs children as she grew up with a brother who needed extra help in school.

Mrs. Noonan enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and arts and crafts.

Bachelors of Arts in Child Development from California State University, Sacramento
Elementary teacher credential program from University of California, Davis
Mild to Moderate K-12 Special Education teacher credential program from California State University, Sacramento
UAH Master of Education with concentration on Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Mrs. Noonan has been teaching since 2016. She has been a collaborative middle school teacher in Alabama since 2017. She was an elementary resource teacher for one year in California.
