Hi I’m Deonshay Danson, and I teach 4th grade at ASFL Elementary. I was born in Mississippi, but was raised here in Huntsville. I enjoy reading, watching films, playing board games with my mom and sister, watching sports with my dad, picking berries in my garden, and traveling anywhere with a beach. I love my Alabama State University Hornets, so I wear a lot of black and gold.

As a product of Huntsville City Schools, I am honored to serve in the same community that helped raise me. My goal is to motivate my students to know that if they work hard and focus on excellence they can achieve their wildest dreams.
