I am so excited to be a part of the Blossomwood Elementary School team as your School Counselor. I was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama (Roll Tide!) and spent my early childhood there. Since then, and most recently before moving to Huntsville, I have lived in Florida. I am the proud parent of three grown children and grandmother to five precious grandchildren. I love animals and have rescued many. In my free time, I love to spend time with my grandchildren, travel, hike, read and do gardening. For many years now, I have made it my goal to travel to a new to me destination at least once a year.

To me, the best part of being a school counselor is seeing a frown turn upside down. Knowing that I can help support students in being healthier and happier is very important to me.
