Taylor Randolph is a Huntsville native and Grissom High alumni. She is honored to be back at Grissom High as the Director of the Dance Program and Artistic Director of Company II and Images Dance Ensemble. As a former Images Dance Ensemble company member, she is passionate about continuing the excellence in dance education that the program has provided the Huntsville community for the last 25+ years.

In addition to her work as an educator, Randolph is an esteemed choreographer, professional dancer, and competition judge. She is a Resident Artist with Nashville Dance Collective in Nashville, TN, both performing and creating original works for the company. Too, she is a judge for Inspire National Dance Competition and Empire National Dance Competition.

In her free time, Randolph enjoys spending time with her family and friends, more specifically her Toy Poodle Tucker. She loves to go to the movies, restaurants and to shop! Her favorite thing is to travel with friends-she loves big cities and amusement parks!

Randolph hopes that her students develop a love for the performing arts and discover the value of dance in their lives. Whether or not they pursue dance in their future, Randolph hopes to cultivate passion and discipline,  which all students can take forward with them, on any path.
