Greetings!

I am excited to be a part of the Hawks family here at Highlands Elementary for three years. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones. Family means everything to me, being truly a blessing. My husband and I have six children (two teenagers and four young adults). We're a family of characters with enough humor to share. My hobbies include watching documentaries (about history and other cultures), thrifting, and working on creative projects.

While at Highlands, I hope to grow the minds of every scholar I teach to a higher level of success. I believe children are investments, and what they learn will grow to yield remarkable profits.

I have been teaching in the classroom since 2018. However, I have worked in other educational positions as an after school program facilitator and substitute teacher since 2014. I have taught third, fifth, and sixth grade.
