Greetings McNair Family,

As the new principal of Ronald E. McNair Junior High School, I am honored and privileged to serve and lead. I come from a strong educational background where I have fellowshipped, been mentored, and collaborated with educational pioneers. It is my oath to lead with a servant's heart in order to inspire and encourage future leaders. My training experience has included rigorous programs at Troy University, the University of Southern Mississippi, and Columbus State University.

I have approximately thirteen years of experience as an educator and have worked in different roles throughout my career, including teacher, Fine Arts Chair, Secondary Dean, and Student Services Assistant Principal. I've had the honor of working at schools in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. I am a committed leader who is committed to developing and optimizing the potential of all students, teachers, and members of the community as a whole. As an educator and instructional leader, I am certain that high expectations combined with effective and high-quality instruction will transform students' educational paths. My motivating factor is my strong belief in the potential of education to impact lives.

McNair Junior High School, in my vision, will become a school of innovation for our community, with our scholars being nationally competitive in academics, the arts, athletics, and leadership, as well as being recognized for their talent, confidence, school pride, and demonstrating honorary qualities. I am devoted to each of our scholars' safety and academic success, and I look forward to developing strong connections with students, staff, and stakeholders, as well as cooperating with each of you to promote student performance.
