Hi! My name is Lucy Givens, and I am super excited to be here at Providence Elementary School!  As Literacy Specialist, I will be working with students to bridge gaps in their foundational literacy skills in efforts to help students meet the expectations outlined in the Alabama Literacy Act.   I am a native of Prattville, Alabama, who loves making the  Rocket City my home.  I am a member of First Baptist Church, a cat enthusiast, and lover of the Crimson Tide, a good book, and Starbucks  coffee!
