My name is Carrienetta Foy, I am a native of Birmingham, Alabama. I am one of the middle school counselors. I will work with all the 6th graders and with 8th grade students whose last names are K-Z. I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for guiding young minds through social and emotional learning. With a warm smile and an open heart, I am committed to creating a supportive nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. My approach combines professional expertise with a genuine love for helping children navigate the challenges and opportunities of adolescence. I am excited to become a part of the Whitesburg community and look forward to working closely with students, parents, and fellow educators to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Fun fact about me is that I love hiking, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends!
