Erin Griffith
Prior to moving to Alabama in 2017, I lived my entire life in the Seattle Metropolitan area. My extended family and one of my children still live there. I have been married for over 30 years and have 3 grown children. Teaching is my second career. I am an avid reader, love word puzzles, documentaries, sci-fi and fantasy. When I have time, I enjoy cooking and paper crafting. Even though my favorite animals are cats, I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Which is the most cat-like dog ever. I currently have 2 cats, but have had as many as 5 at one time. Back in WA, I volunteered to foster kittens. I have a lot of experience caring for cats. I am thrilled to be a part of the WHES Roadrunner team.
