Julia Mosier
My name is Julia Mosier, and I am excited to be part of the WES team this year! I am originally from Jackson, Tennessee and recently moved to Alabama from a town just outside of Nashville. This will be my first year teaching third grade and tenth year teaching elementary.
My daughter EmmaRae and I moved to Madison with my fiancé and step son, Santiago and James (12). We enjoy watching our kids play volleyball and baseball, as well as outdoor adventures such as kayaking and mountain biking or walking our German shepherd, Harper Lee. I also enjoy antiquing and up-cycling, reading, working out, amateur carpentry, decorative painting, and teaching kids.
I love teaching young learners and encouraging them to be ambitious in order to succeed academically and socially. I strive to create a community that is positive and challenging for each student. I look forward to working with WES staff and families as partners in each student’s growth and development for the 24-25 school year!
