I am from Somerville, Alabama and graduated in 2000 from Brewer High school. I joined the Army my senior year and proudly served for 8 years in the Army Reserves. I attended Marion Military Institute and was commissioned as an officer in 2002. I taught for 4 years in Mobile, Alabama then I moved to Kuwait. I taught there for 3 years. Upon my return back to the US I taught at a few private schools while I took care on my son. I am excited to be back in public school and I couldn't ask for a better school than Providence Elementary School. I teach third grade at Providence and I absolutely love it.
I currently reside in Huntsville with my husband, Doug and our son, Nicholas. I enjoy traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
