- Meet The Teacher/Back to School Open House August 17, 4:30-6:00 p.m.
- ACAP Data is in! Please join us on August 17 at 4:30 or 5:30 in the library to review our scores and discuss our instructional plan moving forward!
- At 7:30am we turn on the MAGIC and open the doors to spend the day teaching and learning with our students. Please keep your children in your car under your supervision until 7:30. Safety First!
- Nurse Brown can assist you in ensuring your child takes his/her daily prescription at school. Simply contact Nurse Brown and she will explain the process and permission form. Nurse Brown can also assist with over-the-counter medicine for seven days.
- The PowerSchool Parent Portal will open on August 16, 2023 for you to view your child’s grades. We will send parent specific registration information home with students around the third week of August. You may also reach out to our office staff at 256-428-8380.

It is so nice to have our classrooms and hallways bustling again! Students and teachers are settling in, and we are off to a fantastic start. Students will be taking three diagnostic exams toward the end of August to help us guide their instruction. Please encourage your child to do their best on each exam as it will directly impact the instruction, he/she receives. Please avoid making appointments on these days – we do not disturb others. Students that arrive late will take the placement test on another date. Thanks for your help! The dates are: iReady Reading – August 21st; iReady Math – August 23rd; STAR Reading – August 29th
