Greetings Chaffee Families,
This week we will have our Santa Shop open for students to shop for holiday presents. Don’t forget to send money if you want your child to shop.
Students will take the middle of the year i-Ready Math test Monday and Tuesday this week. Please make sure students arrive at school on time so their class can get started testing on time.
Our Holiday Parties will be held Thursday, December 14 at the following times:
- PreK, 1st grade, and 5th grade: 12:30-1:15pm
- Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 4th grade: 1:15-2:00pm
You are welcome to join your child for his/her party, but we ask that siblings not attend. Thank you for understanding and for honoring this request.
Lost & Found is full!! Please remind your child(ren) to go by and collect their missing items before everything is donated on December 15!
You can purchase your child's yearbook online. You can order online or send your order to school using the order form send home in Wednesday Folders. Yearbook Purchasing Website
Our November Attendance Challenge has ended! Congratulations to Ms. Rooney's class for winning extra recess and ring pops as the class with the best attendance in November. Congratulations to 4th grade for earning a pajama and popcorn party as the grade level with the best attendance in November!
We have ten school days before holiday break, and we need students at school unless they are sick. See our fun themed days below! You are welcome to reach out to Nurse Julie if you are ever in doubt about your child’s symptoms. Every school day is full of learning that cannot be replicated outside of school, and we don’t want our students to fall behind. Thank you for showing your child that excellent school attendance is a priority.
