Greetings Chaffee Families,

Report Cards went home with students on Friday. If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s report card, feel free to reach out to your child’s teacher to set up a conference.

We look forward to welcoming you to Donuts with Grownups tomorrow morning from 7:20-8am. We hope you will stay for the Parent Focus Meeting at 8:05-8:30. The Parent Focus Meeting will contain information vital to internet safety for your children. Please park at Community Fellowship Baptist Church for these events as our back parking lot only has enough parking spots for our faculty and staff. Thank you for understanding!

Lunch and/or dinner is ready Tuesday with a Steak-Out Spirit Night to support our school. Please tell your friends and family to eat at Steak-Out Tuesday and to mention our school at check-out so we can get credit for the purchase. See the flyer below for more details.

Spring ACAP Testing is right around the corner! Our 2nd and 3rd graders will test April 1-4. Our 4th and 5th graders will test April 8-11. Please make sure students arrive to school on time, eat a healthy breakfast at home or at school, and have a charged laptop. Please encourage your child to do his/her best. Every test is practice for the next test!

Registration for the 2024-25 school year is now open. A snapcode was sent to the primary email address on file. Please complete registration as soon as possible so that we can plan for next year. The district will determine our number of teachers for next year based on registration. We would love to earn additional teachers so that our class sizes decrease. Please encourage your friends to register as soon as possible. You can reach out to Ms. Cothren or Ms. Saylor with any questions.

Our attendance rate has improved so much this school year! Let’s keep it up! Every day counts for our students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being. When you stress the importance of school, your child will understand the importance of school. Thank you for your help with this.

You can purchase your child's yearbook.  You can order online or send your order to school using the order form send home in Wednesday Folders. Yearbook Purchasing Website The last day to order a yearbook is March 31.
