Greetings Chaffee Families,

I hope your family is having a great summer! If you have not yet completed registration and need help, the office will be open this week on Monday and Tuesday, 7:30am-1:00pm. Please call or come by during those hours. Ms. Cothren will be available to assist you.

Don't forget to visit Handel's Homemade Ice Cream this Tuesday, 5-8pm, for Chaffee Spirit Night!

Our Lending Library is open this Wednesday. Come check out fun activities for a rainy (or sunny) day! More information is shared in the flyer below.

Our yearbooks have arrived! Our records indicate you bought one or more yearbooks. We will have yearbooks available for pick up at the following times/locations:

  • June 17, 9:00am-3:30pm, front office

  • June 27, 5:30-7:00pm, back playground

Five Ways to Promote Reading at Home

  1. Create a schedule including time for reading.

  2. Fill a backpack with supplies for children to use at home.

  3. Set up a reading nook. (Pillows and blankets can make it extra comfortable.)

  4. Ask questions about story characters

  5. Go on an indoor camping trip.

Red Robin will give back 20% of food sales back to Chaffee. Mention the fundraiser on July 16, 2024, to have your sales counted.

If ordering online, please follow these instructions:

  1. Start your order at Red Robin and select the restaurant above.

  2. In the menu, go to the category labeled "Fundraisers(To-Go Only) and click on that item.

  3. Click the "add" button, and then "add to bag."

  4. Add your meal items and check out.

  5. Arrive at Red Robin, come in, say hi, grab your food and be on your way! If your location has curbside pick-up, we can bring it to you.
