Greetings Chaffee Families,
We have 4.5 school days left this semester, and we are going to have so much fun on these days. Remember that Friday is a ½ day for students, and we will dismiss at 11:30am. This is our last week of the 15 Festive Days of December (see flyer below).
Our annual holiday program is Tuesday, December 17, at 6pm. Doors open at 5:30pm. All students in grades PreK-5 are welcome to participate, but attendance is not required. Parents must provide transportation to and from Trinity United Methodist Church and remain at the location for the performance. Students should dress as a tree or an elf or wear holiday colors and should arrive by 5:45pm. I can’t wait to see your family there! **Please note that the front pews are reserved for families who won front row seating at our Fall Festival Auction.
Our Holiday Parties will be held Thursday, December 19. The schedule is below. You are welcome to join your child for his/her party, but we ask that siblings not attend. Thank you for understanding and for honoring this request.
Lost & Found is full!! Please remind your child(ren) to go by and collect their missing items before everything is donated on December 20!

Students should be at school each day unless excluded for sickness. If your child is absent, please email or send an excuse note within 2 days of the absence. We love our students and miss them when they are not with us! Please reach out if you have questions about attendance or tardiness.
