The Eagle Battalion participated in the State of Alabama JROTC Annual Drill Competition in Jacksonville, Alabama this past weekend.
This event recognizes the state's best JROTC program in the following areas: Precision Movements and Execution; Armed Regulation Drill; Unarmed Regulation Drill; Physical Fitness; Color Guard, Armed Solo and Dual Performances, Unarmed Solo and Dual Performances; Armed and Unarmed Platoon Inspection; Armed and Unarmed Exhibition.
The Eagle Battalion was led by C/LTC Madison Thomas and C/CSM Aidon White.
The Eagle Battalion won in the following categories:
- 1st Place and State Champions in Armed Platoon Inspection
- 2nd Place in Armed Platoon Regulation
- 2nd Place in Armed Platoon Exhibition
- 2nd Place in Armed Dual
