Students in Visual Arts 2 class standing in front of Art in hallway holding up ornaments

During this holiday season, the students are coming together to create a meaningful project for the military, fostering a strong sense of community. Whether it's crafting care packages filled with heartfelt notes, designing personalized cards, or even ceramic ornaments, these initiatives reflect the students' commitment to supporting those who serve.

This collaborative effort with Mrs. Rosie Douglas of Rosies International Services not only showcases the spirit of giving but also reinforces the bonds between students and the military community, embodying the true essence of the holiday season – a time for unity, gratitude, and shared goodwill.

The students service shines through in the creation of beautiful Christmas tree angels, embodying the spirit of giving and spreading joy.

These ornaments will be displayed on the Soldiers tree downtown and then given to a Soldier and/or their family for the holiday.

Ms. Kakales and the entire faculty is proud of these students and their commitment to giving back.
